How Can We Assist?
HOW MUCH TIME WILL IT TAKE FOR THE HERBS TO DELIVER?
It depends on the state you are from, but we dispatch the orders within 3 days of completion of payments. After that based on the shipping method used by you, the package will reach you anywhere between 2 days from the day of dispatch to 20 days or more.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Currently we only offer manual payment by you, viz Paytm, UPI and Google Pay. We do aim to launch our payment gateway soon. Please make sure to place the order and complete the payment simultaneously.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do not have a return policy. But if you do not like what we sent you, or think that the item was not correct, we encourage you to reach out to our support team, and we will resolve the issue accordingly.

WHAT ABOUT PERISHABLE HERBS?
Most of our herbs can withstand long distance travel under normal land or air climate. We make sure our packaging is built to protect the herbs from any damage.
