Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with an online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Our Cancellation and Return Policy

User can choose to cancel any of the subscription plans which we may offer in the future or are offering now, but they will not be refunded back for the month they initiated the cancellation in.

Further more, since herbs and spices and other articles sold on our website are perishable items, we would not be able to initiate a refund based on the sole request of the purchaser. We would require proof of any damage or any issues whatsoever which shows that the herbs mentioned in the purchase order and the content of the package were not in the desirable condition, which is subject to interpretation, when they left our premises at the time of dispatch. Once the refund request is confirmed then the customer is liable to a partial refund, in the form of reversal of partial transaction, cash back, discount or any other method of our choosing. In case the customer initiates a refund request before the order is dispatched they will be charged a 20% processing fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded. House of Herbs Jaipur reserves the right to change any and all contents of Privacy Policy, Terms & conditions and Cancellation and Refund policy without any prior notice.

Shipping Policy

Our Shipping Policies are in line with our shipping partners, Pickrr® and India Post®. All of our packages follow all the shipping requirements and abide by all the shipping rules set up by our partners.

Free shipping, if and when offered by us, is subject to the buyer's location and can be revoked without any prior information. For certain parts of India a certain shipping cost has been put mandatorily which can be changed as per our discretion.

Free Shipping Terms

We offer free shipping over order values of 999 INR. Although in certain cases, we are unable to provide free shipping and are forced to charge an additional amount for shipping. The conditions under which we may have to ask additional amount are as follows.

  • If more than 50% the order value is made up of products graded by our team as level C.

  • If the shipping district is very far, and the order value does not maintain a specified ratio (designated by out internal team).

If any of these conditions are met, we will update the customer, and will share a link to pay the additional amount in order to make the process smooth.

Coupons

All the coupons present on the website can be removed without any prior notice.

If you have purchased something with a coupon, you may be notified on the invalidity and may be requested additional payment.

A coupon if used in a non-valid situation will be considered void. And the quantity shipped will be adjusted according to the price paid.
