Delivery charges within India
Delivery is charged by the weight of your parcel. It is never free.

International orders
We ship to many countries. Place your order as usual: no payment is taken online. We will contact you to agree the shipping charges and arrange payment, and we ship once that is done.
Extra shipping charges may apply when more than 50% of the order is "level C graded" products, or when the delivery district is remote and the order value does not meet specified ratios.
Coupons on the site can be removed without notice. Invalidly used coupons become void and shipped quantities are adjusted to the price actually paid.
Cancellation and Return Policy
Subscription plans: you may cancel, but you will not be refunded for the month in which cancellation was initiated.
Perishable items are not refunded on the sole request of the purchaser.
Refunds require proof that the item arrived damaged or in undesirable condition. Where approved, a partial refund is issued via reversal, cashback or discounts, at the company's discretion.
If you cancel before dispatch, a 20% processing fee applies and the remainder is refunded.
The company may change the Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions and Cancellation/Refund policy without prior notice.
